Welcome to YogwithPurnima. By using this website or booking any class, workshop, session, or programme with us, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

YogwithPurnima is a yoga and wellness practice operated by Purnima Joshi, a certified Yoga Coach & Wellness Expert based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean YogwithPurnima.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking a class, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have your parent / guardian's consent), and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Health Disclaimer & Personal Responsibility

Yoga is a physical practice. By participating in any class, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily participating and are physically able to take part.
• You have consulted your doctor about any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, recent surgery, or chronic illness before joining a class.
• You will inform Purnima of any health condition, injury, pregnancy, or limitation in writing or in person before the session begins.
• You assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your practice. We are not liable for injuries that result from failing to disclose a relevant health condition or from ignoring instructions during a session.
• You will listen to your body, work within your own range, and stop if anything causes pain.

4. Try Before You Commit

We encourage every new student to start with a single one-hour class before signing up for a monthly or multi-month package. This is the simplest way to feel the practice, meet Purnima, and decide whether the style suits you. The single-class fee is the only money at stake during this trial.

5. Bookings & Classes

• Class slots are booked through this website's WhatsApp form, by messaging us directly on WhatsApp, or in person at the studio.
• A booking is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation message (and, where applicable, after payment is received).
• We may modify the class schedule, instructor, or location with reasonable notice.
• We may refuse or cancel a booking where the participant's health, conduct, or stated needs are not appropriate for the class.

6. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Online payments via Razorpay are launching soon. Until then, payment is made on confirmation via UPI, bank transfer, or in person at the studio — details are shared on WhatsApp.
• Once online payments go live, accepted methods will include UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We never see or store card or banking credentials.
• If a payment is reversed, charged back, or fails for any reason, your booking may be cancelled until full payment is received.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: we encourage students to begin with a single trial class; once a monthly or multi-month package is purchased, refunds are not automatic and are reviewed manually on request.

8. Code of Conduct

To keep our studio a warm, inclusive, and safe space for everyone, we ask that you:

• Arrive on time and prepared for the session.
• Treat other students, the teacher, and studio property with respect.
• Switch mobile phones to silent during class.
• Refrain from photography or recording in the studio without explicit permission.
• Do not attend a class while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

We may ask anyone who breaches this code to leave, without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, photographs, logos, branding, and class sequences — is the property of Purnima Joshi or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it for commercial purposes without our written consent. Personal sharing on social media (with credit and a link back) is welcome.

10. Use of Photos & Videos in Classes

Occasionally we take photos or short videos in the studio for our website or social media. We will always ask permission first, and you may opt out at any time. If you have already appeared in any media and would like it removed, message us and we will action it within 30 days.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or attendance at a class is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites (e.g. Razorpay, social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
