✦ Slow & Deep

Weekend Batches

Slower, longer Saturday and Sunday sessions — for those who want to go deeper, not faster, when the week finally lets them breathe.

An hour and a half of unhurried practice

Weekday classes are wonderful, but they're an hour and they're racing the clock to your next meeting. Weekend batches are different — 90 minutes, no rush, with time to actually settle into postures, hold pranayama longer, and end with a real Savasana.

Led by Purnima personally, weekend sessions blend Hatha foundations, gentle Vinyasa flows, deeper hip and shoulder work, pranayama, and 15 min of yoga nidra at the close. You leave with your nervous system reset and your weekend genuinely feeling like one.

What Each 90-Min Session Includes

  • 15 min · opening, centering, and breath awareness
  • 50 min · asana practice (Hatha foundations and gentle flow)
  • 10 min · pranayama (alternate nostril, ujjayi, deeper breath work)
  • 15 min · yoga nidra and guided rest
  • Time, finally — for the body to actually integrate the practice

Who It's For

  • Working professionals who can't make weekday early mornings
  • Practitioners who want a longer, less hurried session
  • People recovering from a busy or stressful week
  • All levels welcome — the pace is gentle, the depth is up to you

When We Practice

  • Saturday: 7:00 – 8:30 AM (in-studio, with Purnima)
  • Sunday: 7:00 – 8:30 AM (in-studio, with Purnima)
  • Small group: max 12 students for personal attention
  • Tea and a quiet sit afterwards if you'd like to stay

Start Saturday Slowly

Skip the brunch crowd, skip the to-do list. Start your weekend the way the body actually wants to start it — on the mat, breathing, unhurried.
