✦ For Young Practitioners

Kids Yoga

Playful, age-appropriate yoga for children — building confidence, focus, body awareness, and a whole lot of joy along the way.

Yoga that feels like play

Kids yoga isn't adult yoga at smaller dimensions. It's storytelling through movement, animal poses with sound effects, partner balances that end in giggles, and breath games that quietly teach kids how to settle their own nervous system.

Led by Siddhi Joshi, certified in children's yoga and a former school teacher, our kids classes blend asana, mindfulness games, and creative movement — building strength, flexibility, focus, and emotional resilience in ways that feel like fun, not work.

What Kids Learn

  • Body awareness through animal poses, balance challenges, partner work
  • Breath techniques to handle big emotions (anger, anxiety, excitement)
  • Focus and attention through story-led sequences
  • Mindfulness and self-regulation in age-appropriate ways
  • Confidence in their own bodies, voices, and choices
  • Quiet play — it's not always loud, sometimes it's the calmest hour of their week

Two Age Groups

  • Tiny Yogis (5–8 years): 45 min — story-based, lots of imagination
  • Junior Yogis (9–15 years): 60 min — more structure, real asana, breath, focus

When We Practice

  • Saturday morning: 9:30 AM (Tiny Yogis) · 10:45 AM (Junior Yogis)
  • Wednesday after school: 5:00 PM (mixed group)
  • Small classes: max 10 children per session
  • Parents are welcome to observe the first class

A Practice for Their Whole Life

Kids who learn to breathe, focus, and feel at home in their bodies grow into adults who can do the same. The earlier this practice begins, the deeper it goes.
