Prenatal Yoga

A gentle, certified practice for expecting mothers — honouring every trimester, every body, every season of becoming a parent.

A safe space to breathe

Pregnancy changes everything — your weight, your balance, your breath, your sleep. Prenatal yoga isn't a watered-down version of a regular class. It's a separate, specifically-designed practice that meets your changing body where it is.

Our prenatal classes are led by Simmi Khatri, certified in pre and postnatal yoga, with a focus on gentle strength, hip and pelvic openings, breath work for labour, and the kind of community that feels like a circle of friends.

What Each Class Includes

  • Trimester-specific modifications — what's safe for you, today
  • Strengthening for the muscles labour will rely on (legs, glutes, core stabilisers)
  • Pelvic floor awareness and gentle release
  • Breath techniques (pranayama) used in active labour
  • Hip and side-body openings for the third trimester
  • 15-min closing relaxation and visualisation

Who It's For

  • Pregnant practitioners from week 12 onwards
  • First-trimester students with doctor's clearance
  • New to yoga? Welcome — the practice is gentle and accessible
  • Postnatal classes available 6 weeks after delivery

When We Practice

  • Tuesday & Friday: 10:30 AM (60 min)
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM (75 min — longer relaxation)
  • Small group size: max 8 for personal attention
  • Both in-studio and online options available

You Don't Have to Do This Alone

Pregnancy is a profound, sometimes overwhelming journey. Step onto the mat with women walking the same path — we'll move, breathe, and prepare together.
